LMD Productions transformed the tented space into a refined, ballroom-like environment that honored the surrounding natural beauty while delivering elevated design and seamless functionality.

The main focal upon entering the tent was the head table where floor-length taupe linens, warm taupe wicker-backed chairs, organic floral design in white and green and votive candles in staggering heights provided a simplistically elegant centerpiece to the room.

Guests enjoyed cocktails and appetizers in an inviting lounge comprised of ivory lounge furniture with earth-toned pillows, wooden side tables with simple white florals — all set beneath the canopy of clustered trees.

The perimeter tent poles were wrapped in soft white fabrics, softening the structure and blending it into the overall design.

LMD Productions provided comprehensive rigging that supported not only elegant chandeliers but lush greenery installations and oversized floral baskets. These floating focal points drew the eye upward and created an immersive canopy effect, enhancing the sense of intimacy and grandeur. Soft lighting washes cascaded from the tent’s peaks, highlighting natural textures and warming the evening ambiance as daylight gave way to dusk.
