Nestled beneath a clear-span tent in the atrium of the luxurious Arabelle Hotel in Vail, this celebration was a true masterclass in elegance and dreamlike ambiance.
LMD Productions softened the tent’s sleek architecture with sheer white draping, transforming the structure’s framework into a romantic, airy escape. Cascading greenery flowed across the ceiling and delicately trailed downward, punctuated by an eclectic mix of chandeliers—orb, cylinder, and spherical—that added a touch of modern enchantment to the garden-inspired scene. The result was a setting that felt both intimate and expansive, as if stepping into a refined English garden in the clouds.
Throughout the space, layers of texture and thoughtful design elevated every detail. Creamy, rounded chairs surrounded tables dressed in floor-length linens and patterned green-and-white tapestry napkins, while floral arrangements of white roses, calla lilies, hydrangeas, and soft blush accents created a timeless and organic atmosphere. A custom bar installation became a focal point, with a green hardscape backdrop and built-in shelving glowing from within, echoing the feel of a high-end resort bar rather than a tented event. At the main stage, a scalloped white fabric overlay added depth and movement to the soft draped backdrop, completing the storybook setting with sophistication and charm.
